Los Altos City Council Agenda – June 26 Parklettes or Parking

An initiate to make downtown more pedestrian friendly with parklettes...
Written by lalahpolitico

HIGHLIGHTS:

The 5:30 session reveals extensive City and Pasarelle early stage conceptual plans to convert lots of parking plaza stalls downtown to pedestrian-bike plazas – interesting the plans arrive in tandem. The regular session features the results of the long awaited Downtown Community Survey (actually of the Registered Voter File!) and discussion/adoption of the City Budget and  Capital Improvement Program. The full Los Altos City Council Agenda of both combined sessions follows.
