Join Greentown Los Altos as they host Dave Muffly, the charismatic former Senior Arborist at Apple and local tree Whisperer, for an interesting, informative and fun talk about the critical role trees play in combating climate change and his recently announced California Billion Trees Initiative.
Additionally, Dave will share about his work at Apple where he selected, grew, and planted the 9,000 trees within the 175-acre Apple Park headquarters in Cupertino, bringing Steve Job’s vision of a tree rich park resembling the Stanford hills, where employees readily enjoy the benefits of nature.
After the presentation, Dave will answer your questions about trees.
Doors open at 6:30 pm and the presentation begins at 7:00 pm.
