Revised Commission Handbook to reflect Planning & Transportation Commission merger…
Discussion Items include:
1) Commisison Appointments: approve for Youth: Advertise for Design Review due to lack of applications; hold off on merged Planning & Traffic appointments due to pending ordinances;
2) owners of 166 Hawthorne don’t want to be an Historic Resource Inventory (HRI) asset ;
3) The Report on the Debt Capacity of City – city could undertake $500K per year of interest payments if needed;
4) an open discussion of issues to add to the City/Schools Standing Committee ( a 10th site perhaps?)
