Quest for the LASD 10th site

Will Egan Jr. High get the ‘shiny new school’ on the Kohls 10th site after 2023? This is 9.6 acres of land LASD is poised to close on soon in 2019 at a cost of $30 -$40M.

Here is a collection of articles tracking the quest of our LASD Trustees for a 10th site – a solution intended to end the hassle of sharing campuses with Bullis Charter School.  The articles go back as far 2014 — Raynor School in Sunnyvale, Hillview Community Center, Rosita Park, industrial park Mora Drive, office at 5150 El Camino, Safeway Mountain View, and finally Kohls.
